I am excited and delighted to announce the addition of a new agent to the Howard Hanna /Choose a Home team, Sue Maclary Realtor  and Qualified VHDA Trainer Sue comes to us with vast experience in teaching and education. She is an Advance Practice Nurse with many years of experience in the medical field. She recently obtained her Real Estate License and wants to enter the field of Real Estate in the education component. The primary responsibility for Sue will be to assist new homebuyers in either buying or selling their home. Homebuyers can attend a free class that will give them valuable information to understand the process and select the home that is perfect for them. This class offers input from other professionals such as Loan Officer, home inspector and role of a title agency or closing Attorney, so that the buying process becomes a smooth transaction, the class helps the homebuyer navigate the sometimes-complicated process of buying a home.

Home sellers will be given a free market current analysis of their home, including comparable homes on the market, as well as the sold price for homes in their area. This helps to determine the right price to sell the home efficiently. Sellers will also have the advantage of our Online Target Marketing, The MLS listing site alone makes your property one of the needles in the hay stack.  Our marketing targets specific buyer types relevant to your property.
